🥗 Lemon Rice

Ingredients
- 150g Rice
- 2 EL Lemon Juice
- 1 TL Mustard Seeds
- 50g Peas (optional)
- 1 TL Turmeric
- 1 EL Coriander (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 2. Toast mustard seeds in a pan until they pop.
- 3. Add peas and turmeric, sauté briefly.
- 4. Add cooked rice and mix well.
- 5. Add lemon juice, stir and garnish with coriander.
- 6. Serve warm.
