🥗 Lemon Rice

Ingredients
- 150g Basmati rice
- 1 Lemon
- 50g Peanuts
- 1 TL Mustard seeds
- 1/2 TL Turmeric powder
- 1/2 TL Cumin
- 2 EL Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice and set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin, and sauté until they splutter.
- 3. Add peanuts and turmeric, sauté briefly.
- 4. Add cooked rice and lemon juice, mix well, and season with salt.
- 5. Serve warm, garnished as desired.
