🍗 Quick Lemon Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 30 g Butter
- 2 Zehen Garlic (pressed)
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 20 g Hard cheese (for seasoning)
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and paprika powder.
- 2. Fry the chicken in a pan with a little oil on both sides for 6-8 minutes until browned.
- 3. Add the cherry tomatoes and pressed garlic to the pan. Sauté everything for another 3 minutes.
- 4. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the butter, lemon juice, and grated cheese until melted. Serve.
