🍗 Crispy Chicken Breast with Lemon Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 60 g Breadcrumbs (fine)
- 3 Esslöffel Cooking oil for frying
- 2 Stück Lemon (juice)
- 150 ml Chicken broth (liquid)
- 1 Esslöffel Mustard (medium hot)
- 15 g Butter
- 1 Teelöffel Black pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 Teelöffel Salt
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chicken breast finely or cut into bite-sized cubes. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 2. Fry the chicken pieces in the pan with oil over high heat until golden brown and cooked through (approx. 8 minutes). Remove the meat from the pan.
- 3. Pour off excess fat from the pan. Add the butter and mustard to the hot pan and stir.
- 4. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice. Let the sauce reduce for 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 5. Return the chicken to the pan. Turn to coat with the sauce. Serve immediately.
