  1. 1. Chop the chicken breast finely or cut into bite-sized cubes. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Fry the chicken pieces in the pan with oil over high heat until golden brown and cooked through (approx. 8 minutes). Remove the meat from the pan.
  3. 3. Pour off excess fat from the pan. Add the butter and mustard to the hot pan and stir.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice. Let the sauce reduce for 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
  5. 5. Return the chicken to the pan. Turn to coat with the sauce. Serve immediately.
