  2. 2. Squeeze the juice of the lemon and grate some zest from the peel. Finely chop the parsley.
  3. 3. Sear the chicken cubes in a pan with olive oil over high heat until golden brown. Remove them from the pan.
  4. 4. Melt the butter in the same pan. Sauté the chopped garlic for 30 seconds without letting it turn brown.
  5. 5. Return the chicken to the pan. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley. Heat everything for 1 minute.
  6. 6. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
