🍋 Quick Lemon Chicken Pan

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 30 g butter
- 2 Stk Garlic cloves
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
- 1 Bund Parsley (fresh)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken breast and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 2. Squeeze the juice of the lemon and grate some zest from the peel. Finely chop the parsley.
- 3. Sear the chicken cubes in a pan with olive oil over high heat until golden brown. Remove them from the pan.
- 4. Melt the butter in the same pan. Sauté the chopped garlic for 30 seconds without letting it turn brown.
- 5. Return the chicken to the pan. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley. Heat everything for 1 minute.
- 6. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
