  1. 1. Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions in salted water al dente. Drain.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Press garlic into pan and fry for 30 seconds without browning.
  4. 4. Add shrimp and paprika powder. Fry for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Squeeze juice of whole lemon over shrimp. Season with salt.
  6. 6. Add orzo pasta to pan. Crumble feta cheese over it.
  7. 7. Toss everything gently until feta melts slightly. Serve with chopped parsley.
