🍤 Lemon Butter Shrimp with Orzo

Ingredients
- 400 g Shrimp (cooked, peeled)
- 250 g Orzo pasta
- 40 g Butter
- 3 Stk Garlic cloves
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 100 g Feta cheese
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 15 g Parsley (fresh)
- 4 g Salt
- 2 g Paprika powder (sweet)
Instructions
- 1. Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions in salted water al dente. Drain.
- 2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- 3. Press garlic into pan and fry for 30 seconds without browning.
- 4. Add shrimp and paprika powder. Fry for 2 minutes.
- 5. Squeeze juice of whole lemon over shrimp. Season with salt.
- 6. Add orzo pasta to pan. Crumble feta cheese over it.
- 7. Toss everything gently until feta melts slightly. Serve with chopped parsley.
