Ingredients
- 1 Whole Pig
- 10 Garlic
- 1 Pepper
- 2 Salt
- 2 Lemongrass
- 1 Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Rub the pig inside and out with salt and pepper.
- 2. Place lemongrass and garlic in the cavity of the pig.
- 3. Place the pig on the grill and roast for 3 hours until the skin is crispy.
- 4. Occasionally baste with vinegar.
- 5. Remove from the grill and let rest.
- 6. Slice and serve.
