Ingredients
- 1kg Pork belly
- 2.5L Water
- 2 EL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 1L Oil
- 5 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stängel Lemon grass (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Boil pork belly in water with salt and pepper for 1 hour.
- 2. Let cool, then score the skin on top several times.
- 3. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the pork until the skin is crispy.
- 4. Remove, drain, and cut into pieces.
- 5. Serve hot with a dipping sauce.
