Ingredients
- 1kg Pork shoulder
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 50ml Lemon juice
- 2 TL oregano
- 1 TL Cumin
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Crush garlic and mix with lemon juice, oregano, cumin, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Rub the marinade onto the pork and let it chill for at least 4 hours.
- 3. Preheat the grill and cook the meat over medium heat for 3 to 4 hours.
- 4. Turn the meat regularly, basting with leftover marinade.
- 5. Let the meat rest before slicing.
- 6. Serve with rice and beans.
