Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork Roast
- 8 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Lemon
- 2 TL oregano
- 4 EL Olive Oil
- 2 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Crush the garlic and mix with oregano, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- 2. Rub the pork with the mixture and let marinate for several hours.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 4. Place the meat in a roasting pan and roast for 3 hours.
- 5. Turn the meat halfway through the cooking time.
- 6. Slice after roasting and serve.
