🍝 Lasagna with Ground Beef and Béchamel Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 Stück Lasagna sheets
- 300 g Ground beef
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 250 ml Milk
- 30 g butter
- 30 g Flour
- 50 g parmesan
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil.
- 2. Add ground beef and fry until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Stir in tomato sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Melt butter in a pot, add flour and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 5. Add milk while stirring until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, meat mixture, and béchamel sauce alternately. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
