  2. 2. Add ground beef and fry until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Stir in tomato sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Melt butter in a pot, add flour and sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add milk while stirring until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. In a baking dish, layer lasagna sheets, meat mixture, and béchamel sauce alternately. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
