  2. 2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato passata and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Melt butter in a separate pot, add flour, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Gradually stir in the milk until a thick béchamel sauce forms.
  5. 5. Grease a baking dish and layer lasagna sheets, Bolognese sauce, and béchamel sauce alternately. Finish with Parmesan on top.
  6. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  7. 7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
