🍝 Lasagna Bolognese

Ingredients
- 250g Lasagna sheets
- 300g Ground beef
- 1 große Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Stange Celery
- 400ml Tomato passata
- 200ml Milk
- 30g butter
- 30g Flour
- 50g Grated Parmesan
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 Prise Nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion, carrot, and celery finely and sauté in a pan with olive oil.
- 2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- 3. Stir in the tomato passata and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
- 4. Melt butter in a separate pot, add flour, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Gradually stir in the milk until a thick béchamel sauce forms.
- 5. Grease a baking dish and layer lasagna sheets, Bolognese sauce, and béchamel sauce alternately. Finish with Parmesan on top.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- 7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
