Ingredients
- 200g Chicken Breast
- 2 EL Lime Juice
- 1 EL Fish Sauce
- 1 Stück Onion
- 30g Fresh Mint
- 2 Stück Chilies
- 30g Rice
- 30g Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Cook chicken breast in a pot of water.
- 2. Shred the cooked chicken into small pieces.
- 3. Mix lime juice, fish sauce, onion, and chopped chilies in a bowl.
- 4. Add chicken to the mixture and mix well.
- 5. Fold in fresh mint and cilantro.
- 6. Top with toasted rice and serve.
