🍛 Lamb Tagine with Apricots

Ingredients
- 400g Lamb
- 100g Dried Apricots
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Cube the lamb.
- 2. Chop the onion and garlic.
- 3. Sear the lamb in a large pot.
- 4. Add onion and garlic and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add dried apricots and spices, pour in water.
- 6. Simmer for 1.5 hours.
