🍛 Lamb Biryani

Ingredients
- 300 g Lamb
- 200 g Basmati Rice
- 1 Onion
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 100 g Yogurt
- 1 TL Cumin
- 3 Stück Cardamom
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 Stück Cinnamon
- 2 Stück Cloves
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Cut lamb into pieces and marinate with yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices.
- 2. Soak rice in water and then drain.
- 3. Fry onion in a pan until golden brown.
- 4. Add marinated lamb and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
- 5. After 30 minutes, add the soaked rice and pour in 500 ml of water.
- 6. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes until the rice is done.
