500 g lamb meat (from the leg, boneless, trimmed, cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp dry sherry
1 garlic clove
1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
1 tsp honey
2 medium zucchinis (cut into thick slices)
1 each red and green bell peppers (seeded, cut into coarse cubes)
wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
1. Mix sesame oil, sherry, pressed garlic, ginger, and honey. Place the lamb meat in the mixture and let it marinate for about 1 hour.
2. Thread the meat, zucchini, and bell pepper onto the skewers in an alternating pattern. Brush them with the remaining marinade and grill them on a not-too-hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning them occasionally.
3. Serve the skewers with rice that has been flavored with herbs.
