Ingredients
- 150 g Rice noodles
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 100 g Chicken breast
- 2 EL Laksa paste
- 1 Bund Fresh cilantro
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and boil in water.
- 2. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 3. In a pot, sauté the laksa paste.
- 4. Add coconut milk and chicken broth.
- 5. Add rice noodles and let them steep briefly.
- 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
