🐟 Salmon Fillet with Lemon Herb Crust

Ingredients
- 2 Stück (200 g) salmon fillet
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 EL, gehackt parsley
- 1 EL, gehackt dill
- 1 Zehe, gehackt garlic
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
- 2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, dill, and garlic.
- 3. Lightly season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- 4. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of the salmon.
- 5. Bake the salmon in a baking dish for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
- 6. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
