🥗 Salmon Rice Bowl with Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
- 150 g sushi rice
- 200 g salmon fillet
- 3 EL teriyaki sauce
- 1 Stück cucumber
- 1 Stück carrot
- 1 EL sesame seeds
- 1 Stück fresh ginger
- 2 Stück spring onion
Instructions
- 1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Sear salmon in a pan with some teriyaki sauce.
- 3. Slice cucumber and carrot into thin strips.
- 4. Divide cooked rice into bowls and place grilled salmon on top.
- 5. Garnish with cucumber strips, carrots, spring onions, and sesame seeds.
- 6. Serve with extra teriyaki sauce.
