Ingredients
- 1 Rolle Shortcrust pastry
- 150 g Salmon
- 100 g Spinach
- 150 ml Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1 TL dill
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 2. Cut salmon into small pieces and sauté with spinach.
- 3. Whisk eggs and cream, add dill and spices.
- 4. Pour the prepared mixture into the tart tin.
- 5. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until set.
