🐟 Salmon Carpaccio with Lemon-Dill Dressing

Ingredients
- 400 g Salmon fillets (raw, boneless)
- 30 ml Lemon (juice)
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Dill (fresh, chopped)
- 1 kleine Red onion
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the salmon paper-thin (like for sushi). Place the slices on a plate.
- 2. Slice the red onion into thin rings and distribute them over the salmon.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped dill.
- 4. Pour the dressing evenly over the salmon.
- 5. Place the plate in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to let the acid 'cook' the fish slightly.
- 6. Take the plate out and serve the carpaccio immediately.
