Ingredients
- 400 g Boiled Potatoes
- 200 g Ground Beef
- 100 g Matjes Herring
- 1 Onion
- 150 g Beetroot
- 2 Pickles
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
- 30 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Peel, boil and mash the potatoes.
- 2. Chop the onion and sauté in butter.
- 3. Add ground beef and cook.
- 4. Fold in the beetroot and diced pickles.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Serve the Matjes on top of the Labskaus.
