Ingredients
- 250g Greek yogurt
- 1 TL salt
- 1 EL olive oil
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 1 EL parsley
- 1 Prise paprika
Instructions
- 1. Mix yogurt with salt and place in a clean cloth.
- 2. Tie the cloth together and let it drain (at least 24 hours).
- 3. After 24 hours, put the labneh in a bowl.
- 4. Garnish with olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
- 5. Serve with pita bread.
