🍲 Pumpkin Cream Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 ml cream
- 1 EL oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel, seed, and dice the pumpkin.
- 2. Finely chop onion and garlic.
- 3. Heat oil in a pot, sauté onion and garlic.
- 4. Add pumpkin cubes and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 6. Purée the soup, stir in cream, and season with salt and pepper.
