🍲 Pumpkin Ginger Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g Pumpkin
- 1 Onion
- 20 g Ginger
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and ginger in olive oil.
- 2. Add pumpkin and sauté.
- 3. Add vegetable broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Blend the soup and serve hot.
