Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken Breast
- 50 g Peanuts
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Chili Oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL, gerieben Ginger
- 2 Spring Onions
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into small pieces.
- 2. Chop bell pepper and spring onions into pieces.
- 3. In a pan, sauté chicken with a bit of oil until golden brown.
- 4. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add bell pepper and soy sauce, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with peanuts and spring onions and serve.
