🥗 Kumpir (Stuffed Baked Potato)

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 50 g butter
- 100 g Cheese
- 100 g Peas
- 50 g Olives
- 100 g Corn
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
- 2. Let the potatoes cool slightly after baking, then cut open and scoop out the insides.
- 3. Mix butter, cheese, peas, olives, and corn with the potato insides.
- 4. Fill the mixture back into the potato skins and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- 5. Serve and enjoy.
