Ingredients
- 200 g All-Purpose Flour
- 50 g Yogurt
- 70 ml Water
- 5 g Yeast
- 1/2 TL Cumin
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add water and yogurt, mix well.
- 3. Knead into a smooth dough, let rest for 1 hour.
- 4. Divide the dough into portions and roll out thinly.
- 5. Roast in a hot pan until brown on each side.
- 6. Brush with butter and serve.
