Ingredients
- 400g Chicken pieces
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 1 Onion
- 2Zehen Garlic
- 1Daumengroß Ginger
- 1TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 2. Brown chicken pieces in a large pot until golden.
- 3. Add onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté until onion is soft.
- 4. Add coconut milk and cumin, bring to a boil, then simmer.
- 5. Cook chicken for about 30 minutes until fully cooked.
- 6. Serve with rice or ugali.
