Ingredients
- 2 Stück Roti
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrots
- 100g Cabbage
- 1 Green Chili
- 2 Eggs
- 1 TL Cumin
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion, carrots, cabbage, and green chili.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
- 3. Add carrots, cabbage, and green chili and fry for 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Cut roti into small pieces and add, mix well.
- 5. Crack the eggs and stir into the mixture.
- 6. Season with cumin and mix well until eggs are cooked.
- 7. Serve and add hot sauce if desired.
