Ingredients
- 2 Roti
- 200 Cabbage
- 100 Carrots
- 50 Spring onions
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Coconut oil
- 1 Kottu spice mix
Instructions
- 1. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
- 2. Add cabbage, carrots, and spring onions, sautéing.
- 3. Cut roti into small pieces and add to the pan.
- 4. Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
- 5. Add Kottu spice mix and mix well.
- 6. Fry for another 5 minutes.
