🍲 Korean Kimchi Stew

Ingredients
- 200g Kimchi (seasoned)
- 200g Firm tofu
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 2 Spring onions (sliced)
- 2 Zehen Garlic (minced)
- 1 EL Gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion, garlic, and kimchi in a pot.
- 2. Add water and bring to a boil.
- 3. Season with soy sauce and gochugaru.
- 4. Add cubed tofu and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
- 6. Enjoy with rice.
