Ingredients
- 4 Stück Hot Dogs
- 100 g Cornmeal
- 100 g All-purpose flour
- 1 EL Sugar
- 1 TL Baking powder
- 1 Prise Salt
- 120 ml Milk
- 1 Stk Eggs
- zum Frittieren Vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a large pot.
- 2. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- 3. Add milk and egg and mix well.
- 4. Skewer hot dogs, dip into batter and fry in hot oil.
- 5. Fry corn dogs until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
