🐟 Korean Fish Bread (Bungeoppang)

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 30 g Sugar
- 1 TL Baking Powder
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 St. Egg
- 100 g Red Bean Paste
- für die Pfanne Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, and the egg.
- 2. Heat a bungeoppang pan and lightly grease it.
- 3. Add a bit of dough to the pan, then a spoonful of red bean paste, and top with more dough.
- 4. Close the mold and bake for about 5 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
- 5. Remove from the pan and serve warm.
