🍰 Korean Zucchini Pancakes (Zucchini Jeon)

Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 1/2 Flour
- 1 Egg
- 3 Water
- 2 Sesame oil
- 1 Salt
- 1/4 Pepper
- 2 Oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. Grate the zucchini and sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- 2. Squeeze out the excess water from the zucchini.
- 3. Mix flour, water, egg, and pepper in a bowl, then stir in the zucchini.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and add 2-3 tablespoons of the batter at a time.
- 5. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 6. Serve warm and dip in soy sauce if desired.
