🍰 Korean Sweet Pancakes (Hotteok)

Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 3 EL Sugar
- 1 TL Yeast
- 150 ml Water
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 50 g Walnuts
- 2 EL Vegetable Oil
- 30 g Pine Nuts
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let sit for 10 minutes.
- 2. Combine flour, 1 tbsp sugar, and the yeast mixture in a bowl and knead into a dough.
- 3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- 4. Chop the walnuts and pine nuts and mix with 2 tbsp sugar and cinnamon.
- 5. Divide the dough into portions, fill with the nut mixture, and shape into small balls.
- 6. Fry the balls in a pan with oil until golden brown.
