Ingredients
- 150 g Spinach
- 100 g Chickpea Flour
- 100 ml Water
- 1 EL Soy Sauce

- 1 EL Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Blanch the spinach, cool down, and chop finely.
- 2. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, and soy sauce.
- 3. Stir the chopped spinach into the batter.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the mixture in portions until golden brown.
- 5. Drain on kitchen paper and serve warm.
