🍲 Korean Rice Cakes with Chili Paste (Tteokbokki)

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice Cakes
- 400 ml Water
- 3 EL Gochujang
- 1 EL Sugar
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 Stängel Spring Onions
- 1 TL Sesame Oil
- 1 EL Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Add the rice cakes and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft.
- 3. In a bowl, mix gochujang, sugar, and soy sauce.
- 4. Add the sauce to the rice cakes and mix well.
- 5. Slice the spring onions and add them.
- 6. Garnish with sesame oil and sesame seeds, then serve.
