🥗 Korean Corn Dogs

Ingredients
- 4 St. Hot Dog Sausages
- 100 g Flour
- 50 g Cornstarch
- 1 TL Baking Powder
- 1 EL Sugar
- 500 ml Vegetable Oil for Frying
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 St. Eggs
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot.
- 2. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, sugar, milk, and the egg.
- 3. Skewer the sausages and dip them into the batter.
- 4. Carefully drop the battered sausages into the hot oil and fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 5. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
