🍜 Korean Tempeh Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 200g tempeh
- 250g vegetables (e.g. carrots and broccoli)
- 1 EL chili paste
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 1 EL sesame oil
- 2 Zehen garlic
Instructions
- 1. Cut tempeh into cubes.
- 2. Prepare and chop chosen vegetables.
- 3. Chop garlic and sauté in a pan.
- 4. Add vegetables and tempeh, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- 5. Add soy sauce and chili paste and mix well.
- 6. Season with sesame oil and serve.
