Ingredients
- 150 g Shredded Coconut
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- 2. Mix shredded coconut, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- 3. Place small mounds on a baking sheet.
- 4. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- 5. Let the macaroons cool.
