🥗 Coconut Rice

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 Onion
- 1 TL Salt
- 200 ml Vegetable Broth
- 1 Prise Spices
Instructions
- 1. Wash and drain the rice.
- 2. Chop onion and sauté in a pot.
- 3. Add rice and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 4. Add coconut milk and broth, bring to a boil and then simmer.
- 5. Season with salt and spices.
- 6. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
