🥗 Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
- 6 Blätter white cabbage
- 300 g minced beef
- 50 g rice
- 1 onion
- 400 ml broth
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Blanch the cabbage leaves and let cool.
- 2. Mix minced meat with rice, onion, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Place some filling on each cabbage leaf and roll it up.
- 4. Layer rolls in a pot, add broth, and simmer.
- 5. Cook for 30 minutes, then serve.
