Ingredients
- 6 Stück Cabbage Leaves
- 400 g Ground Meat (beef)
- 1 Stück Onion
- 100 g Rice
- 200 ml Tomato Sauce
- 1 Prise Salt and Pepper
- 50 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice and let it cool.
- 2. Chop onion and sauté in butter.
- 3. Combine ground meat, rice, and onion.
- 4. Fill cabbage leaves and roll up.
- 5. Cook rolls in tomato sauce.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
