Ingredients
- 200 g Cabbage
- 300 g Ground Meat
- 100 g Rice
- 1 Onion
- 200 ml Tomato Sauce
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 30 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- 2. Chop onion and sauté in butter.
- 3. Mix ground meat, cooked rice, onion, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Blanch cabbage leaves, fill, and roll them up.
- 5. Arrange in a baking dish, pour tomato sauce over, and bake for 30 minutes.
