🍖 Cabbage Rolls with Ground Meat

Ingredients
- 1 Kopf white cabbage
- 400 g ground meat
- 2 onion
- 100 g rice
- 400 g tomato sauce
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL caraway
Instructions
- 1. Detach cabbage leaves from the head and blanch briefly.
- 2. Mix ground meat, diced onions, rice, salt, pepper, and caraway.
- 3. Place the mixture on the cabbage leaves and roll up.
- 4. Place in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over the rolls.
- 5. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 1 hour.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
