🍖 Köfte (Turkish Meatballs)

Ingredients
- 300 g Ground beef
- 1 klein Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Bund Parsley
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL paprika
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and garlic.
- 2. Mix ground beef with onion, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Knead the mixture well and form into small balls.
- 4. Fry the köfte in a pan with some oil until golden brown.
- 5. Serve with rice or flatbread.
