Ingredients
- 200 g Egg noodles
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Bell pepper
- 100 g Broccoli
- 3 EL Soy sauce
- 100 g Peas
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- zum Braten Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook noodles according to package instructions and let cool.
- 2. Chop the vegetables of your choice into small pieces.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the compressed and cooled noodles.
- 4. Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
- 5. Add soy sauce and mix well.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
