🥗 Crispy Rice Salad with Avocado and Mango

Ingredients
- 150 g unsweetened rice
- 1 Stück avocado
- 1 Stück mango
- 2 EL lime juice
- 1 Handvoll coriander
- 1 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions and let cool.
- 2. Dice avocado and mango.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine rice, avocado, mango, and coriander.
- 4. Add lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- 5. Serve salad in separate bowls and enjoy.
