🥗 Klepon - Sweet Rice Balls with Palm Sugar

Ingredients
- 200g glutinous rice
- 100g palm sugar
- 50g grated coconut
- 100ml water
- 1 pandan leaf
Instructions
- 1. Cook glutinous rice with water and pandan leaf, then allow to cool.
- 2. Cut palm sugar into small pieces and place in the center of the rice.
- 3. Shape rice around palm sugar into small balls.
- 4. Drop balls into boiling water and cook until they float.
- 5. Roll in grated coconut and enjoy.
